Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as YANV is not responsible for lost return packages.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
